Licensed in Psychotherapy, Gina Rassa's therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive
Behavioral Theory.  She uses Behavior Modification Principles and Proactive Behavior
Strategies to help people make important changes in their lives.

Gina Rassa earned a Master of Science Degree in Counseling Psychology and completed
additional graduate course work at the University of Baltimore, while concurrently
treating patients at a private non-profit mental health agency in Columbia, Maryland.

In addition to practicing Psychotherapy for 15 years, she has provided Rehabilitation
Counseling and Neuropsychological testing to a diverse population in the
Baltimore-Washington and Pennsylvania areas.  

In addition, Gina has worked with people with dual diagnosis (Substance Abuse and
Mental Health needs) for the past 5 years.  With her use of Cognitive Behavioral and
Behavioral Techniques, she helps clients take back management of their lives.  

She currently conducts DUI/DWI treatment and Education Groups in the Sykesville
office of Integrative Counseling.

Gina is a member of the Society for Psychoanalytic Study and the Licensed Clinical
Professional Counselors of Maryland.
