Integrative Counseling is pleased to offer an Anger Management
Group for clients with legal, marital or social services issues. This
group is being offered in order to provide a cost effective and
emotionally effective means of learning how to control anger.
Integrative Counseling has over 8 years of experience working with
lawyers, the courts, probation officers and spouses. We know how to
help!
This Group Will:

Utilize cognitive behavioral counseling
to help clients learn how to monitor
and change inappropriate thoughts
and actions.
|
|
|
Utilize a group format. There is no
more effective means of learning a
new "social skill" than in a social
environment. Group counseling
increases the effectiveness of each
member's learning.

|
|
Provide homework and skills practice
utilizing the Anger Management
Workbook provided by the U.S.
Department of Health and Human
Services.
|
|
|
Initially, this group will only be
offered in our Columbia office;
however, let us know if you would be
interested in attending this group in
our other two offices. If we get
enough requests, we could start a
group in those other offices.
